Description
IPL stands for Ion Propulsion Labs, the concept of which inspired the design for this patch. Currently it's Jet Propulsion labs, but since I'm renaming NASA I figure why not?
I made this with my friend Matthew in mind but I doubt he'll use it so it's ALL mine, wuhuhu ha ha!
